? How to Keep Your Lei Fresh
Keep your lei sealed in its original packaging and stored in a cooler at all times until it's ready to be worn. Place a towel over an ice pack inside the cooler to maintain a cool, safe temperature without direct contact with the ice. Do not store your lei in a regular refrigerator, as standard home appliances can freeze and ruin delicate blooms.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

At our studio, we hand-deliver fresh floral arrangements directly to ensure your flowers arrive in beautiful condition.
Delivery Areas & Zones
We deliver up to 15 miles from our studio in Round Rock, TX. We hand-deliver to the following local areas:
Round Rock
Brushy Creek
Avery Ranch
Cedar Park
Georgetown
If you need a delivery just outside these areas, please call us directly before placing your order to check availability.
Delivery Fees
To keep delivery affordable for our customers, we charge a flat local delivery fee:
Standard Delivery (Round Rock & Brushy Creek): $2.50-$5.00
Extended Delivery (Avery Ranch, Cedar Park & Georgetown): $5.00-$18.00
Order Cutoff Times
Same-Day Delivery: Please place your order by 1:00 PM (CT), Monday through Saturday.
Orders After 1:00 PM: Will be scheduled for delivery on the next business day.
Delivery Hours: Standard deliveries take place between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM
If No One Is Home
Because fresh flowers are perishable, we handle missed deliveries with care:
Weather Permitting: If temperatures are mild and there is a shaded/protected spot, we will leave the arrangement safely on the porch and send a text notification to the recipient.
Extreme Heat / Bad Weather: If it is too hot or severe outside, we will not leave flowers unattended. We will call/text the recipient to coordinate a safe delivery time or studio pickup.
Gated Communities & Apartments: Please provide gate codes and recipient phone numbers at checkout to ensure seamless delivery.
(Note: We review our delivery zones and schedules regularly to ensure reliable service.)
We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue to arrange a return.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
