Our Simple Design Process

1. Initial Discussion & Questionnaire

Get in touch with us to share the core details of your wedding—date, venue, guest count, and desired style. Following this, you will receive a brief questionnaire from Romantic Florals. Once completed, we will schedule a 30-minute Zoom consultation to discuss your needs in depth.

2. Consultation & Custom Quote

Before our meeting, we review your questionnaire thoroughly. During our discussion, we will explore your floral preferences, style inspiration, and budget. Within two to three business days after our consultation, you will receive a comprehensive custom quote.

3. Reservation & Booking

Ready to move forward? At this stage, we will finalize and sign the agreement. Once the retainer is paid, your wedding date will be officially reserved and booked on our calendar.

4. Inspiration & Mood Board

We will share a detailed creative vision and mood board for your wedding floral design, featuring various arrangements and flower options. Together, we'll select the perfect designs.

5. Finalizing Details

We maintain open communication throughout the planning process to ensure all your needs are met. About one month before your wedding, we will schedule a follow-up call to finalize order details and logistics.

6. The Event: Enjoy Your Day!

We will be on-site to professionally set up all floral arrangements, hand-deliver your bridal bouquet, and return after the celebration for breakdown if your order included rented items.
